We are beings of the light, and as such we have an energetic and shining body that is in direct contact with the ocean of energy present in nature. This absolute energy, the Spirit of God, works in our material and spiritual bodies, and therefore through this flow, every organ and every cell can be supplied with God's energy. If this "water tap becomes clogged" there come health problems.
Each of you has already heard of the chakras for sure, or in other words the centers of consciousness. And every center of consciousness is in charge of supplying energy to certain organs.

With a suitable diet, we can harmonize the body and soul, improve our health and, above all, be beings of the light, we are supposed to become in this world. I don't think one wants to be sick voluntarily ... only if was a masochist-masturbator, as Mirzakarim Norbekov describes in "The Experience of a Fool Who Has Found the Key to Success and Got Rid of His Glasses."

Healthy Eating - What Does "Healthy Eating" Mean?
Therefore, first, it is important to know own body and its real condition. Real means not what we think, but what is happening with our body indeed. The body's systems are intertwined, so knee pain can be actually a kidney problem, we would have vainly bought expensive ointments that could remove the symptom, but not the root of the pain. Thus the problem would be coming back and with greater intensity. The symptoms disappear only by eliminating the cause of the problem. Not everyone is led from a young age to a healthy diet and to the listening to own body. But here, we also have to free ourselves from the thoughts and beliefs of what is happening with our body and just listen to it. It needs to be learned and it will come automatically with practising.
Until it comes, the best is to visit someone - an expert who deals with the holistic medicine that takes a man as an entity and knows the interrelationships among the organs, the relationship of the body with the environment and the relationship of the body with the way of thinking. Only such a person can determine what is healthy particulary for us and what will help us in our full-fledged diet. Only when we are able to tune our body to a higher level with such a diet, we can learn to listen to it over time. Through varied diet, we can show a lot of new ingredients to our body the way that it transfers their effect iinto a program which starts exactly when there comes necessary additive for us.

Healthy eating and white magic
The purest form of the energy is the Sun and its radiation. Life on Earth would not exist without it. It is the Sun that supplies the necessary vital energy for the existence of the life on Earth. Receiving such energy in the shortest possible chain is also the most efficient use of it. That is why a vegetarian or vegan diet is the most appropriate for a man, depending on ones stage of spiritual development. This chain, until we get solar energy in the form of food, is shortened if we exclude from the diet meat of animals that also receive vital energy from the plant food. We get this energy directly from plants in its purer form and not once filtered through the animal. If we are able to combine it right with edibles that can supplement our body with lacks, we can keep our body in the shape and ready to meet the goals we set in our lives.
Recent studies and lives of millions of people in all sectors prove that the plant diet is full-featured for varied life. The performance of top athletes - vegan or vegetarian, proves that one does not lack strength nor speed, but has enough of it and can win at all levels, and can also overcome all obstacles.

What is behind it?
There are a few basic pieces of advice which one should follow when switching to a vegetarian diet. It should be remembered that most of the time eating and selling food are adapted to people who eat meat. So, for example, you would be uselessly looking for all the accessories for your Mercedes in a BMW store, although some might fit. Also, you will not find ingredients that will enrich your vegetarian diet in normal shop. You also need to visit a shop specializing in the sale of food for vegetarians or for people exclusively on plant foods. Of course, for people who have not visited such a store, it may seem that the plant diet is not varied and boring. But the opposite is true and the diet of a man on a plant diet is often more varied than someone´s who eats meat.
Sure, this must be preceded by a certain education in the field of such a diet and, as I have already mentioned, one must know own body, the organism, so that could appropriately supplement the substances that are lacking. This is the essence of eating. First of all, supplementation of substances necessary for the proper functioning of the organism and secondly is the enjoyment of food. This is often confused and has grown to such an extent that people are willing to full themselves with very harmful sweetened drinks just for a taste. It has nothing to do with supplementing the substances required by their organism, which is against the main reason why people are eating. Therefore, this way of eating can cause only problems sooner or later.
In general, the most important ingredients for us are local one. They should form the basic structure of our diet. The reason is that it is local foods that supply the body with what it needs exactly in the environment in which we are situated. Other foods should be the supplement only and variegation of our diet. Of course, this applies to generally healthy people and may not be for everyone.

Otherwise, it may happen that if one needs to supplement substances that are lacking for a long time but are present more in an exotic plant, there is no need to insist on the "locality rule" and an exception is appropriate and even wanted in some individual cases. That is why raw food in Bali is super healthy, but in our country in Europe it is only suitable for purifying the organism and the best to eat in summer months, because it has a purifying character. It is not recommended long-term use for elderly people with digestive disorders for example.
Whereas a full-fledged vegetarian diet is not readily available, everyone who practices such a diet should be treating it responsibly. Not only because of the health, but also because of an example for the others. It should be also shown that veg food is not harmful, as most people mistakenly believe. Even the one who hesitates can make sure that it is not a problem and can try for himself the effects of such a veg diet. If there are more vegetarian people, it will be much easier in the future to find more shops with veg foods and ingredients and the number of veg restaurants will increase either. As it is said „the selection comes with the demand“.
All cases in which a man who has gone on a veg diet and ended up in a hospital underfed, were due to a lack of knowledge about such a diet.
It was because of not knowing the body, what is suitable for the one. In addition, the lack of a varied diet and a number of delusions obtained from the internet about what is healthy and what not as well as the various experiences of people who do not have appropriate education in this area and have listened to such delusions themselves. Basically spreading these kind of delusions has led to misconceptions about how the veg diet is inadequate and even harmful. Fortunately, today a large number of top athletes prove that the opposite is true. Who wants to know and seeks, can find truthful information. The right information always finds you when you search for it. Critical thinking is always a great help.
Nutritional pyramid
Everyone has their own preferences.
There is a nutritional pyramid that determines what should one consume and in what proportions. But going back to the beginning where I wrote about how each of us is unique and have a unique organism, then this food pyramid is unusable for most people nowadays. It is actually because of the place which the one lives. What is suitable for a European living in the north does not apply to a European living in the south.
Generally, one should eat grain-crops, the next is cooked vegetables, legumes, raw vegetables and raw fruits. Furthermore, mushrooms and various supplements such as seaweed, sprouts, seeds, nuts, oils and cheese.
Someone who has sedentary job has different pyramid than someone who has physically active job or is a top athlete (depends on what sport either). All of this affects the type of diet, what kinds of ingredients an individual should consume, how to make them, and how often to eat them.
Let me give you one example: In general, fruit should be consumed by the noon tiime, just because of the amount of sugar.

On the one hand, fruit supply the body with energy from the very beginning of the day, and on the other hand, this energy is also used during the day. While, if the fruit is consumed in the evening, the amount of energy remains unused and can be stored in the form of fat. If someone is an active athlete, can has fruit before the evening training, but also after the training. It only depends on what kind of sport or activity it is and what is the aim of exercising. A different diet after a workout is for a runner and another for someone working out in the gym to gain muscle. As muscle mass would be obstructing for runner. The diet composition is unique for everyone and there are no general rules for neither of them.
It is the same with the professional driver who sits most of the time and bricklayer for example. All of these circumstances should be taken into account and the menu should be accommodated to the needs. It's not that difficult and after a short time it becomes routine. There is only one thing to be counted on, at least at the present time. There is no health food shop and professional vegetarian restaurant on every corner yet. Thus it is better to think ahead, when going somewhere where there is nothing suitable to eat and prepare takeaway meal. Whether it is for work or for training, it is possible to get ready for it.
As I have already written, it will eventually become routine and in time I believe, there will be more shops and restaurants where will possible to get such food in high quality on a daily basis.
I wanted to avoid specifically describing what one should eat, in what composition, exactly because of the uniqueness of each of you. Let me give you an example which tells a little more. Someone trying to gain muscle mass should eat more legumes, but also various algae and grain-crops. But not each of grain-crops, neither every legume nor algae is suitable for the organism, and even after trying and keeping such a diet, one might not see the changes because consumed unsuitable grain-crops and legumes for the one. Then may think that learned information is not correct and misleading. This is what we want to avoid with this article. Because exactly those articles which take people uniformly are misleading their readers. That is one of the many reasons why some people are not happy with such a diet and even have problems. The way of knowing our body and ourselves is up to each of us. It is very appropriate to consult a person who really knows the connection between eating and the uniqueness of each human being. There are such people and not few. But even among them, you still have to choose the best ones. It is about health after all…
